For the when, we’ll have to wait, but after Thursday’s MLS is Back Tournament draw, we now know the who. The Portland Timbers will return to action next month against, in some order, Los Angeles FC, the LA Galaxy and Houston Dynamo for Group F play in Orlando, Florida.
